The United Kingdom Prepared to Utilize Immobilized Russian Assets to Finance the Ukrainian Defense
The UK is prepared to move forward with utilizing the entire amount of immobilized Russian holdings to support the Ukrainian military campaign, PM Sir Keir Starmer has announced.
